Turn Every Page of a PDF a Quarter Turn
Rotate PDF 90 Degrees turns the pages of a PDF a quarter turn clockwise and saves a new file. The angle is preset to 90 and applies to all pages unless you list specific ones.

Accepts PDF · up to 500.0 MB per file · up to 20 files at once
You can also paste a file with Ctrl/Cmd+V, or from the clipboard menu.
A landscape page that opens sideways, or a scan fed into the scanner the wrong way, needs a quarter turn. The angle on this page is already 90, which turns each page clockwise, and the page field is set to all so every page is rotated.
To rotate only some pages, replace all with a list such as 2,4 or a pattern such as 2n. Pages you do not list stay as they are. The angle is absolute: a page is set to 90 degrees rather than turned by 90 more from where it was.
The content of the page is not re-rendered. The PDF records the rotation, so text stays selectable and quality does not change.

Frequently asked questions
- Which direction does 90 turn the page?
- Clockwise. Use 270 for a quarter turn counterclockwise.
- Can I rotate only one page?
- Yes. Replace all with the page number, for example 3, before you click Process.
- Will rotating reduce quality?
- No. The file records the new orientation; the page content is not drawn again.
- Why does a page I rotated twice not turn further?
- The angle is absolute. Running 90 twice still gives 90 degrees. Choose 180 to turn a page upside down.
