Convert JPG Images to PDF
JPG to PDF puts each uploaded JPEG on its own page and returns one PDF in upload order. Each page takes the size of its image, and the file can be much larger than the photos.
Drag and drop files here, or click to choose
Accepts JPG, JPEG · up to 500.0 MB per file
You can also paste a file with Ctrl/Cmd+V, or from the clipboard menu.
JPG to PDF embeds each uploaded .jpg or .jpeg file as its own page. One image is enough; several images become several pages in upload order, and the download is named after the first file.
The page takes the size of the image, one pixel to one point, so a phone photo makes a very large page rather than A4 or Letter. The form has no options: no fit-to-page, greyscale or auto-rotate.
The converter decodes each JPEG and stores raw RGB pixels with lossless compression instead of copying the JPEG data. That is why a PDF built from phone photos can be many times larger than the photos. In one measured run, three 4032 by 3024 JPEGs totalling 9.7 MB became a 41.5 MB PDF, while the same photos resized to 1600 pixels on the long edge gave 6.2 MB. Resize photos before converting, because Compress cannot recover much from raw-pixel pages.
The EXIF orientation tag is not read, so a portrait photo that the phone stored as landscape pixels comes out on a landscape page. Fix that page afterwards with Rotate, or rotate the photo before uploading. A file that is not a decodable image fails the whole request.

- Stack several photographed pages into a single document
How do I convert JPG images to a PDF?
- Add one or more .jpg or .jpeg files. Their order is the page order.
- Click Process and download the PDF.
- Open it and check the page count against your number of photos.
- If the file is far larger than the photos, resize them to a smaller size and convert again.
Limits and edge cases
- Only .jpg and .jpeg on this page
- No fit-to-page, greyscale or auto-rotate
- File size follows the pixel count, not the source JPEG size
- One undecodable file fails the whole batch
Privacy for this tool
Files are uploaded over HTTPS, processed in memory or a short-lived temporary directory on our servers, and deleted when your result is ready. We do not keep copies for later browsing, training, or advertising profiles. See the Privacy Policy for retention details and AdSense cookie disclosures.
Frequently asked questions
- Why is my PDF so much bigger than my JPG files?
- The converter stores decoded pixels with lossless compression instead of keeping the JPEG data. Resize the photos before converting; Compress afterwards saved only about 4% in one test.
- Why is one page sideways?
- The photo carries an EXIF rotation flag that this tool does not read. Run Rotate on that page with 90, or rotate the photo and convert the copy.
- Can I make every page A4?
- No. Each page takes the size of its image and there is no fit-to-page option.
- Can I upload HEIC photos?
- No. HEIC is not accepted. Export the photos as JPEG first.
- What if one file is not an image?
- The request fails with HTTP 400 and no PDF is returned. Remove that file and run the batch again.
